Pada Saat Proses Installasi, apabila masih menggunakan OS Windows 7 Dapat ditemukan Notifikasi Warning Sebagai berikut :

Bitdefender Security Cannot Be Installed We Detected That some Microsoft Knowledge Base packages are missing from your devices. Update your Operating System in order to install Bitdefender Security

Untuk Solusinya terhadap hal tersebut dapat dilakukan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :

Update WIndows 7 ke Windows 7 Services Pack 1 pada link download resmi sebagai berikut :

Selanjutnya dengan mengacu dari Menu Suppoit Bidefender (Installing missing Microsoft Knowledge Base packages on Windows 7 SP1) pada halaman https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2497/ , maka download 2 Package dan install dengan link Windows Updates sebagai berikut :

For x86-based systems (Untuk OS Windows 7 32 BIT)

• Download and install KB4490628 – http://download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/03/windows6.1-kb4490628-x86_3cdb3df55b9cd7ef7fcb24fc4e237ea287ad0992.msu

• Download and install KB4474419 – http://download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/09/windows6.1-kb4474419-v3-x86_0f687d50402790f340087c576886501b3223bec6.msu

For x64-based systems (Untuk OS Windows 7 64 BIT)

• Download and install KB4490628 – http://download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/03/windows6.1-kb4490628-x64_d3de52d6987f7c8bdc2c015dca69eac96047c76e.msu

• Download and install KB4474419 – http://download.windowsupdate.com/c/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/09/windows6.1-kb4474419-v3-x64_b5614c6cea5cb4e198717789633dca16308ef79c.msu

Lalu selanjutnya Update Internet Explorer default bawaan WIndows 7 Ke Internet Explorer Versi 11 Melalui Link Halaman Resmi Microsoft
